Never shying away from a graft, Issue 24’s cover boy Dale Starkie goes in to say the least! In anticipation of the upcoming Welcome Skate Store full length video, Dale’s work ethic went beyond the full part and gave birth to this ‘Scraps’ part, which is testament to the effort this sweetheart puts into his craft. With cameos from Sam ‘Blinky’ Hutchinson, Zeta Rush, Jack Hackleton and Will Sheerin. Filmed marvellously by Josh Hallett in various parts of the UK including Leeds, Nottingham, Peterborough, Bristol, Wakefield, Coventry, Sheffield and Manchester.
